  • Our wedding florals are designed with intention, guided by season, place and feeling. Each celebration is approached as a collaborative process, allowing space for thoughtful design, natural movement and refined detail.

    As a guide, our wedding commissions begin from:

    • $8,800 (inc. GST)
      For weddings in Newcastle, the Hunter and surrounding regions.

    These minimums support a considered design journey, premium floral sourcing and the time required to thoughtfully install each element on the day. Larger-scale installations, custom structures and complex logistics are quoted individually.

    We take on a limited number of weddings each year to ensure every couple receives our full creative attention. All commissions are bespoke and tailored to reflect the atmosphere and story of each celebration.

  • We are based in Newcastle, NSW, we do also travel all over Australia and internationally.

  • Our travel costs are factored into each quote in our logistics line. This covers a minimum of picking up flowers from Sydney flower markets and delivery to your venue - necessary return flights and accomodation for destination weddings will also be factored into this line when necessary.

  • Certainly! We’re happy to accommodate changes to suit new ideas. Ideally, we aim to finalize all details six weeks before the event to ensure ample time for execution and procurement of any necessary items.

  • We open our books 18 months in advance. We recommend reaching out after securing your wedding venue to ensure your date is available.

  • We source our flowers predominantly from the Sydney Flower Markets, working with trusted wholesalers and growers, as well as local growers around the Hunter Valley. This allows us to offer a diverse selection of high-quality florals for your event.

  • Absolutely! If you love our work and wish to secure our services, we can arrange a holding deposit. We’ll finalize the quote and style brief approximately three months before your event, allowing flexibility as trends and preferences evolve.

Enquiry

Once you submit our wedding enquiry form, we’ll be in touch within 48 hours to confirm availability for your date. If aligned, we’ll arrange a consultation time via Google Meet or a phone call.

Initial Consultation

Consultations are held via Google Meet for ease and flexibility (phone calls are also welcome). This is a relaxed, high-level conversation where we explore your floral direction, aesthetic preferences and key logistics to establish a clear framework for pricing. At this stage, rough estimates and TBCs are completely acceptable — the goal is alignment, not finalisation.

Proposal

Following our consultation, you’ll receive a transparent, itemised proposal based on the scope, priorities, logistics and visuals discussed during our meeting. This proposal outlines the initial floral direction and investment, providing a clear starting point for refinement.

Booking Confirmation

To secure your date, simply follow the prompts within the proposal to sign our contract and pay a 30% deposit. Once complete, your date is officially reserved in our calendar.

Post-Booking Planning

After booking, we move into the refinement phase. You’ll receive our design & style questionnaire, giving you the opportunity to clarify preferences, adjust priorities and explore any changes or upgrades as your plans evolve.

We then schedule:

  • A design refinement meeting approximately three months prior, and

  • A final details meeting around six weeks before your wedding

to confirm styling, logistics and final selections.

Lead-Up to Your Wedding

After confirmation, you can relax knowing the details are in hand. We remain available via phone or email throughout the planning period and will schedule:

  • A design check-in approximately three months prior, and

  • A final details meeting around six weeks before your wedding
    to ensure everything is aligned and considered.

Wedding Day

On the day, our team focuses on executing your floral vision with care, intention and precision. We arrive during the allocated bump-in window to thoughtfully install each element, ensuring everything comes together seamlessly.
