We are based in Newcastle, NSW, though we also travel all over NSW and are more then happy to travel beyond that for your wedding. We’d actually bloody love to do that.

Our travel costs are factored into each quote in our logistics line. This covers a minimum of picking. up flowers from Sydney flower markets and delivery to your venue - necessary returns flights and accomodation for destination weddings.

We have a minimum spend of $4950 for all events within the hunter valley region. Our minimum spend outside of that is $7000. We do waive minimum spend for pickups & returns to our studio in Newcastle also.

Certainly! We’re happy to accommodate changes to suit new ideas. Ideally, we aim to finalize all details six weeks before the event to ensure ample time for execution and procurement of any necessary items.

We open our books 18 months in advance. We recommend reaching out after securing your wedding venue to ensure your date is available.

We source our flowers predominantly from the Sydney Flower Markets, working with trusted wholesalers and growers, as well as local growers around the Hunter Valley. This allows us to offer a diverse selection of high-quality florals for your event.

Absolutely! If you love our work and wish to secure our services, we can arrange a holding deposit. We’ll finalize the quote and style brief approximately three months before your event, allowing flexibility as trends and preferences evolve.
THE ABSTRACT FLORIST PROCESS.
Enquire:
Upon completing the enquiry form, you'll receive an email response from TAF within 48 hours confirming our availability for your date. We'll also send a Calendly link to schedule a consultation at your convenience.
Consultation:
Our consultation is conducted via Zoom for your convenience (phone calls are also welcome). We'll discuss your floral ideas and address any logistical questions you have. Don't worry if some details are yet to be confirmed; we're here to assist you throughout the planning process.
Proposal and Vision:
You'll receive a transparent quote detailing each item, along with a mood board tailored to your floral vision based on our consultation.
Confirmation:
To secure your date, simply follow the prompts in the proposal email to pay a 30% deposit and sign the contract. Once completed, your date is officially locked in.
Lead-Up to the Event:
After confirmation, you can relax while we handle the details. We'll reach out as necessary and are always available via phone or email to assist you. We schedule a meeting three months before the event and another six weeks prior to ensure everything is on track.
Wedding Day:
On your wedding day, our primary focus is bringing your floral vision to life, ensuring every detail is perfect.
